What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@bluehorizonglobalstore.com with your order number and the change. We'll do our best.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We currently offer free shipping in the U.S for orders over $49 and $6.99 for orders under $49. (If this changes later, your cart will reflect it.)

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in your tracking page. You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO?

Some items can ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please email us before ordering so we can confirm availability for your items.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do bundle returns work?

To receive a full refund on a discounted bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned in original condition. If you keep part of the bundle, the refund will be adjusted to the regular (non-bundle) prices of the kept items.

Products & Compatibility

Will the projector work with my phone or laptop?

Yes—use HDMI for laptops and compatible devices. For wireless screen mirroring, choose our MiraScreen G9 Plus (works with iOS AirPlay and Android Miracast; app/OS support may vary by device).

What screen sizes do you offer?

We carry foldable projector screens in 100″ and 120″. Choose your size on the product or bundle page.

Are your HDMI cables 2.1?

Yes—select lengths (e.g., 3m/5m) are HDMI 2.1 and labeled on the product page.

Bundles

How is the bundle discount applied?

The savings are calculated automatically. Add the bundle via the bundle page button and you’ll see the discount in the cart.

Can I change variants in a bundle?

Yes—choose your preferred variants (e.g., screen size or cable length) before adding the bundle to cart. Please note that bundle price may slightly change if you chose to pick or upgrade to a different variant.
